Cantina Valpolicella Negrar is a cooperative founded in Verona in 1933, accumulating generations of expertise in the Valpolicella region. Its resources are vast: 240 growers and 700 hectares of vineyards. In 1989, the cooperative decided to create a premium product line to develop high-quality Valpolicella Classico wines. It was named Domìni Veneti, referring to the territories of the Venetian Serenissima Republic, which included Valpolicella in the 16th century. This era of splendor, art, and cultural exchange continues to inspire winemaking – elegant, refined, and deeply connected to the region. Domìni Veneti was born from this living heritage that never stops evolving. Every viticultural choice, cellar technique, and vintage is the result of a continuous dialogue between past and present.
