Several Tosti sparkling wines were awarded at the end of 2021
Several Tosti sparkling wines received awards and mentions in competitions and evaluations at the end of 2021. The award-winning sparkling wines are Tosti Asti Secco, Tosti Prosecco Rosé, and Tosti Asti Dolce. Congratulations from Norex!
Tosti Asti Secco received 92 points (excellent) and a Best Wine Tasted mention from Falstaff magazine, which specializes in wine, food, and travel.
Aromatic Tosti Asti Secco is the result of Piedmont’s new and innovative winemaking. The taste is crafted to be drier for the modern palate compared to classic Asti. Canelli Moscato is carefully selected for this wine from the finest slopes of Asti, Cuneo, and Alessandria, where the soil is limestone and clay.
Tosti Prosecco Rosé was awarded a gold medal (Gold) at the Mundus Vini competition by German publisher Meininger. You can read more about the Mundus Vini competition here (in English).
A change in Italian wine legislation now allows the use of Pinot Noir in prosecco production, adding new dimensions to prosecco. Balanced Tosti Prosecco Rosé is a delicious social wine and a companion to salads or savory snacks. The fresh rosé prosecco also pairs well with pastries.
