Description

Traditions, history, a fifth-generation winemaking family — so what? Does anyone really care? Why not just taste this intense, spicy red wine and decide for yourself if you like it? If you do, have some more. Whatever your title or background, this wine fits just fine. The Monastrell and Tempranillo grapes were grown high up in scarce, soft clay soils. Harvesting and sorting were done by hand. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts and malolactic fermentation in American and French oak barrels were followed by nine months of aging.
