Description
The grapes for this wine come from the twelve Terres Blanches and Caillottes vineyards,offering the best Pinot Noir can offer in the Sancerre area. The vines are planted on steep slopes and in different directions of sunlight,which brings diversity to the wine. Grape bunches are carefully selected by hand and only the best is accepted. Whole bunches are macerated in the cold for a week and alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The finished wine is matured for 12 to 18 months in oak casks from Bourgogne. Year 2020 gave plenty of colour and silky tannins.
