Description

Cantina Tollo is one of the main producers of organic wine in Italy. This organic wine proudly represents the cooperative’s long trajectory from organic farming that began in the 1990s, which now includes more than 50 farmers. The grapes are exclusively Montepulciano d’Abruzzo and were harvested in early October. A rich colour was extracted from the grapes in slowly chilled steel tanks, and fermentation and final maturation also took place in steel tanks for 4 months.
