Description

Deep within the human soul, there is a constant battle between good and evil. Our sixth sense, séptimo sentido, guides us in our choices between virtue and vice. This wine is a pure Tempranillo, which has grown to high quality in a continental climate in extreme temperatures, in dry soil with a huge amount of light. The grapes were harvested in early October, aromatised for two weeks and fermented in refrigerated tanks at a temperature of 28 °C. The wine was matured for three months in French and American oak casks.
