Description

This wine is produced in the Burgundy region of France, under the Petit Chablis appellation. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from approximately 30-year-old vines growing in clay and limestone soils. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature (18–20°C), followed by full malolactic fermentation. The wine then ages on its lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
