Description

Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most popular wines in the world – and on the hills of Trentino, it gets its own expression. Vines grow on the middle slopes looking at the Adige River, where the temperature fluctuations are big. This gives the wine its fresh acidity. The variety of aromas of the wine is vegetative and it takes structure from a short skin contact. Fine fruity is maintained when fermented at a low temperature of 16-18 °C, and the use of a steel tank ensures a balance of style under the conditions of the grape variety. The wine is versatile and enjoyable.
