Tosti Butterfly Demi Sec

A gentle social wine, with a low alcohol content of up to half of many wines. A great wine for salad, with a salty component, like feta or even fried bacon. Also suits hot food, slightly sweet, which evens out the spicyness of the food. Of course, this sparkling wine also pairs well with berries and fruit or slightly sweet berry pastries.
