Description

The vines for this wine have grown in the easternmost corner of the region, nearly a thousand meters above sea level. These old vines yield a very small harvest, but the quality is exceptionally high. The dryness forces the vines to grow deep roots. Temperature fluctuations can reach tens of degrees within a single day, giving the wine its vibrant acidity. In this rugged wilderness, there are more roe deer than people, yet the quality of the wine earns our respect. Each bottle holds unique, personal, intense, and complex experiences. The wine has been aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
