Description
The grapes for the wine were harvested by hand from the Spanish highlands, which is about 650 m above sea level. Fermented at a controlled temperature of 22 °C in steel tanks, and the wine was also allowed to undergo malolactic fermentation. The wine was also matured in steel tanks, but at a cooler temperature. This allowed the wine to retain as fruity a flavour profile as possible. An unbreakable pet plastic bottle is especially handy in spaces and at events, where there is a risk of breaking a glass bottle.
