Description
Rotari Riserva Brut is made from carefully selected hand-picked Chardonnay grapes. The vines grow on the sunny slopes of the Faedo and Pressano hills, near the Adige River, in the heart of the Dolomites in the area of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The area’s soil is so called “Dolomia” stone, containing limestone, calcium and magnesium carbonate. Thanks to this unique soil, the wine has elegant mineral notes. Rotari Riserva gets its effervescence from traditional bottle fermentation and has matured with its yeast lees for at least 36 months.

Tämä perinteisen pullokäymismenetelmällä valmistettavien kuohuviinien nimi on kunnianosoitus pohjois-Italiaa 600-luvulla hallinneelle longobardien kuningas Rotarille, joka kävi Trentinon alueella useita taisteluita.
