Description

Moonlighters reaches the essence of the RedHeads concept. In the evenings, determined young winemakers came to the RedHeads studio after a day’s work at a big company, they threw in a cold beer and began to make uncompromising wine with great passion during the evening and night hours. Each plot was repaired separately, pressed pneumatically and clarified before fermentation and maturation in French oak. Chardonnay and Viognier both contribute to the mix, mixed in casks every two weeks for two months to develop the structure and depth
