Description
Malbec, also known as Cot, is a grape variety whose origins are often forgotten. However, it comes from France, before conquering the Americas. Malbec was born from the crossing of two parent varieties: Prunelard (father) and La Magdeleine Noire de Charente (mother), and it thrived particularly in southwestern France. The Malbec grapes for this wine come from the Bordeaux region, from two different plots in Aubie-et-Espessas, where the soil is a mix of clay and limestone. The wine matures gently in stainless steel tanks, preserving its fruity aromas. The wine holds the HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certification.
