Description
An elegant white wine made from 100% Greco grapes grown in the mineral-rich tufo soils of Irpinia. The wine is fresh and structured, with a fruity and subtly mineral aroma profile that reflects the classic character of Greco di Tufo. Only the best grapes are selected for this wine, all harvested by hand in the Santa Paolina area of the Avellino municipality in Campania, Southern Italy. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and then aged on the lees for about a year. This maturation adds richness and a creamy mouthfeel.
